First off: the purchase, delivery, and quality were truly outstanding. However, when questions or problems arose, the service was sensational. Even on a Sunday, I received qualified answers and support for my issue (mostly self-inflicted). The item was quickly returned, inspected, and sent back fully functional. And all this without any postage or shipping costs. So, I would definitely buy from them again; a fantastic online retailer with sensational service. Thank you!

Top service and reasonable prices I ordered a component from CS-Multimedia as a spare part for my satellite system for Christmas 2023. Despite the holidays, the component was delivered within 2 days. This summer, a part of it suffered a strange failure, always at high temperatures. After a few emails and clarifications, I received the spare part in advance, as otherwise I would have had no satellite reception for several days. Thank you for your trust and service. I would be happy to order again.

I ordered several flush-mounted outdoor sockets, and the goods were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, one of the sockets was defective, and we reported it the following day. A replacement was sent the same day without any complications, and we received it within two business days. Thank you very much for the excellent service and prompt processing in every respect. The quality of the goods is impeccable. There was a problem with the delivery via DHL, which CS-Multimedia handled admirably: They maintained prompt communication with both DHL and me, and offered a replacement shipment of higher quality when it seemed the original delivery was lost. I would gladly order from CS-Multimedia again anytime. Simply top-notch!
